A few months ago, our friend Andrea Laitano from Andrea Laitano PhotographyĀ ,took someĀ headshots of me (Gaby). In this session she brought some beautiful ocean inspired jewelry. I immediately fell in love!Ā At the same time, the jewelry designer Erin Siegel, saw some of the photos and asked if I could be a model for some of the pieces. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of my PhdĀ qualifying exams and my brain was mush at this point. Curious to learn more from each other, we connected through social media. Thatās how I met Erin Seigel, a talented jewelry artist based in Miami with a deep passion for the ocean.

We instantly clicked. Our conversations quickly turned from admiration to inspiration, and we realized there was an opportunity to create something special together. Thatās how the ilili x Erin SiegelĀ collaboration was born. Erin designed a custom, ocean-inspired jewelry collection that celebrates marine life while supporting its protection. What makes this collaboration even more meaningful is the shared vision behind it. Erin believes, like we do, that beauty and purpose can coexist. That jewelry can be more than an accessory!
All our jewelry is made from recycled stainless steel, finished in 18K gold PVD, a process thatās not only more environmentally friendly but also results in a durable, water-resistant, hypoallergenic, and non-tarnish finish.Every purchase from the collection is considered a donation to support marine conservation in Honduras. As a nonprofit, 100% of proceeds go directly to advancing our mission to protect marine life and support coastal communities.
This collection is personal. Itās the product of friendship, shared purpose, and the belief that small actions can create lasting impact. Weāre so proud of what weāve created, and we hope you love it too.
The collection is now live.
